practical adj. To be concerned with doing rather
than just the theory.
Hands-on adj. To experience something rather
than just read about it.
At pH Primary Science, we are passionate about
practical science.
We believe that the most effective way for children to learn
about science is for them to ‘do science’.
What We Offer:
A complete scheme of engaging easy to set up, easy to resource Science lessons.
Engaging Practical
Lessons:
The pH Primary Science scheme has been created by experienced teachers who fully understand the demands and challenges of teaching Science in primary schools.
Our lessons are designed to make Science fun and memorable. Through practical, Hands-on activities, our aim is to help children to explore and understand even the most complex scientific concepts in an engaging way.
We want to make Science the subject that your class looks forward to the most each week!
Video Demonstrations and
Useful Resources:
Each unit is accompanied by a helpful video, showing you how the investigations work so you don’t need to test them all out yourself beforehand - saving you valuable prep time!
Lessons also include a presentation as a useful addition to the practical elements, as well as lesson resources which you can download and use with your class.
Full Alignment with the
National Curriculum:
Our scheme has been carefully created to meet all of the National Curriculum objectives for Science for Years 1 to 6, with a clear focus on the Working Scientifically strands.
